President and Cofounder of ORAXIS 360, Mr. Fréchette is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in Québec’s agri-food industry, notably as founder of Taste of The North. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of the energy challenges tied to industrial operations, refrigeration, and peak demand management. Driven by a vision for more efficient and sustainable energy systems, he co-founded ORAXIS 360 alongside experts in energy R&D to help organizations reduce operational costs while advancing environmental responsibility through intelligent hybrid power solutions and advanced performance monitoring technologies.
Dr. Mohamad Issa is the co-founder of ORAXIS 360, electrical engineering expert, researcher, and professor specializing in renewable energy, smart grids, and marine electrical systems. With over 15 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, he leads advanced research in hybrid energy systems, electric propulsion, and AI-based control strategies. Dr. Issa serves as Full Professor in Marine Electrical Engineering at the Maritime Institute of Quebec and collaborates with both the Université du Québec à Rimouski and the École de technologie supérieure. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications and contributes actively to innovation initiatives supporting Canada’s energy transition.
Bryan Marsh is the VP – Partnership Director at ORAXIS 360, where he leads strategic partnerships and international business development initiatives across the energy, industrial, and maritime sectors. With a background in business development at 3M, he brings strong expertise in commercial growth, client relations, and strategic leadership. Bryan is also recognized for his offshore sailing achievements, including solo Atlantic crossings, reflecting a high level of resilience, adaptability, and technical competencies. His ability to connect innovation with meaningful partnerships supports ORAXIS 360’s vision for intelligent and resilient energy systems.
